Our Leadership Team

Our success stems from a passionate and experienced leadership team:

  • Jim Melesky, Founder
    A proud graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY, and Boston University, Jim is a veteran Army Airborne Ranger and holds 10 U.S. patents. As a published author on conductive and convective heat transfer and a two-time CEO recognized in the Delaware Valley Top 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies, Jim drives innovation and excellence at ESS.

  • Dennis Melesky, Vice President of Sales & Marketing
    With a background as Regional Marketing Director for The Hartford and a Sales Representative for Corporate Express Delivery Systems, Dennis brings years of expertise in building strong client relationships. He holds a BA from Lafayette College in Easton, PA.

  • Michael Melesky, Vice President of Operations
    Michael, a graduate of Bucknell University,  brings nearly 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, operations, and supply chain management.  From information technology to logistics, he oversees day-to-day operations and works to ensure that our customers receive quality products on-time for a reasonable price.  In addition to his work at ESS, Michael is a high school soccer coach.

  • Kevin Melesky, Production & Warehouse Manager
    Kevin manages the production and logistics team, maintaining our commitment to excellence in manufacturing.
